Booking Process

Our live calendar allows you to check availability, pricing & reserve your dates.  We have a 2 night minimum stay unless otherwise stated.  We will always try to accommodate so please get in touch if we have availability and you're wanting a 1 night/shorter stay.

We offer preferential rates for direct bookings and discounts for stays of 3 nights or more.  The discounts below are  automatically applied when booking and are in addition to any other promotional offers (if relevant).

Promotional Codes & Discounts - Any extra promotional discounts and codes, if applicable, can only be applied to your nightly price. They can not be applied to a pet or additional guest supplement, if relevant., as these fees are classified as an addition charge.

Mill Cottage.

Pets - considered on request & subject to a £29 supplement per pet.  Our cottage is adapted to accommodate your pet more comfortably so we ask guests with pets (2 maximum) to add during the booking process.  

Extra Points to note!

Don't forget to adjust the number of guests.  This is pre-set to 4 adults (max occupancy) but can be adjusted by clicking on the dropdown here. After 2 guests, we charge a £25 flat rate supplement per guest for guest 3 and guest 4. This adds £25 to your booking for 3 guest occupancy and £50 for 4 guest occupancy.

Once you have booked your stay a 20% deposit will be required to secure your dates.   Please ensure you confirm your payment method during the booking process by answering the payment question so details can be sent to you. If your stay is within 6 weeks of the arrival date full payment will be required please.

Pay For Your Stay

Deposits & Payments

A 20% deposit  is required at time of booking. 

Final balance is payable 6 weeks/42 days  before arrival

Once you have made your booking you will receive email confirmation. 

Booking Reference - please add the booking reference automatically generated or name of lead guest when making any payments.

BANK TRANSFER / CARD PAYMENTS - Our preferred payment methods. During booking guests will be asked their preferred payment method.  For BACS payments, you will be emailed our bank details.  For credit card payments you will receive an invoice via Stripe.  Payment will then be required within 24 hours to ensure booking dates are held. 

PAYPAL PAYMENTS - Please click on the 'PAYPAL FOR YOUR STAY' button below to be directed to our Paypal payment page. 

Email confirmation will be sent for all bookings and a payment breakdown detailing amounts paid and any balances due.

Invoices /receipts available on request for business travel

In addition to our cancellation policy, we also offer a 24 hour cooling period if you wish to cancel your stay and receive a full refund.

If a booking is made and deposit/full payment  is not received within 24 hours the booking will be deemed as cancelled and removed from our calendar.
